The Supremes let Arizona keep its law this time, and I doubt if they would overturn a bill from Congress on this subject.

As Jim said the Dems, if they act like Clinton did in 93-94, will get pounded in &#039;08.  And has been noted before most of the new Dem office holders are moderates or even slightly conservative, meaning Nancy/Ted/Leahy/Conyers/Rangel shouldn&#039;t be able to do much damage.

As for immigration NRO and others are claiming not being strong enough on immigration hurt the gop.  Given the sizable drop in hispanic support for the GOP that doesn&#039;t sound right.]]></description>
